To combat the stereotype that Asian men are shy, the SexyDragon strips off his clothes and dances in public.

My one and only complaint is the choice of backing track. Soulja Boy? Seriously? Come on, SexyDragon, this shit would have been epic with "Sexy Back." Aside from that, we here at YP salute you and look forward to more!

Being a Gundam and Halo fan, I just couldn't resist. Haro Chief is available at the YP MySoti store. So if you've got a Covenant or Zeon problem at home, Haro Chief can help you take care of that!

Giant Robot is one of my most favorite magazines. I try to pick it up whenever I can find it. Their tag line says "Asian American Pop Culture & Beyond" but it doesn't quite capture the amazing breadth of Pop Culture that they cover. You just can't sum up the awesomeness contained in each issue with a simple tag line. What I love best about GR is its universal appeal. It's never pretentious or elitist. You don't have to be Asian to get GR.

They've just launched a video podcast for issue 64. In part 1, they talk about the cover story on Black Rock Shooter by Japanese artist Huke.

Looks like I'm headed to the bookstore sometime soon! I <3 GR!

Sure, the addition of a yellow pixel to the standard red, green, and blue spectrum sounds pretty snazy. But it's really George Takei's catch phrase that makes all the difference. I couldn't stop laughing after watching this.

And just for nostalgia's sake, here's an old E*Trade commercial with ol' George blowin' shits up!

Thank you to everyone who participated in this week's two mini contests. They were a lot of fun to set up and I'm happy that so many of you took the time to figure out who the hell I was drawing.

For the “Metro Hates You Mini Contest," the big win goes to Mathew Ling who correctly guessed from left to right Black Jack, Astro Boy, Cammy, Hawk, Homer, Rorschache, and Logan. He's got a Logan sketch coming his way.

And for the "Stuck Mini Contest" we've got a tie! Both Kamen Otaku and Wilt Manglicmot guessed all but one correctly. If they pooled their answers, they would have won. But since they were the closest, I'm giving them both a sketch of one of these characters who can be seen squished in the Metro car. In the background from left to right we've got Battle Angel Alita, a chick wearing a Gundam jacket (I would have accepted Gundam or RX-78), Kenshiro from Fist of the Northstar, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Aang, Jubilee, Akuma (aka Gouki), E. Honda, and Power Girl. In the foreground we've got Yuko, Ananth, Harry Potter, and Vash the Stampede.

Thanks again to all who participated. You can be sure that the next time I have a lot of background characters to draw, there will be another mini contest!
