Making toys has been a long term dream of mine. Over the years, I’ve dabbled in short run resin toys and plushies. But the ultimate in toy production, injection molded plastic, has been out of reach. UNTIL NOW!

It’s been a long time coming and we’ve still got some kinks to work out, but this week Morlock Enterprises is heading off to San Diego Comic Con with injection molded toys! We’re on the hunt for like minded creators who are looking to get into the toy game and are ready to jump into some plastic! We don’t have a booth so we’ll be walking the floor talking with vendors and artists to gauge interest. We got a bunch of these little minions that we’re passing out as samples so if you see someone in a big Morlock Enterprises work shirt, ask for a Minion. And if you are curious about injection molded toys or toys in general, stay tuned to Morlockenterprises.com for more information.

This video is sort of a subtweet about some art twitter discourse. But I wanted to respond in video form rather than in written form so that you wouldn't misinterpret my words. Also not linking the discourse directly because I don't want to dogpile on the inspiration for my thoughts. But here are three ideas that I wanted to share with artists for us to keep in our brains as we go into the new year.
