Keen brains may realize that while last week's comics took place Saturday night, this new story line picks up on Monday. I skipped Sunday because in my mind it was a bit boring. Kane did work, Julie went back to work, all around it was a terribly uneventful day. I'm sure clever things were said and silliness may have occurred, but it's a bunch of stuff that just wasn't working. So I skipped it.

In other news, this Friday I will be performing at our first DC Super Art Fight show at the Red Palace. Friends, this is going to be one for the ages. Along with our motley crew of insane artists, we will be featuring some of DC's finest burlesque performers. Because of the impending nekidness, this show will be 21+. Tickets are $15, doors open at 9, show begins at 10.

Oh, but wait, there's more. If you can't make it to the DC gig to see nekidness and artiness, we're doing a show next Friday up in Frederick, MD at the Art Alchemy Circle. This one is an all ages show and starts earlier. Tickets are $10, doors open at 7, show starts at 8.

So come by either one (or both if you're really insane) and say hey. It's going to be crazy fun!

This video is sort of a subtweet about some art twitter discourse. But I wanted to respond in video form rather than in written form so that you wouldn't misinterpret my words. Also not linking the discourse directly because I don't want to dogpile on the inspiration for my thoughts. But here are three ideas that I wanted to share with artists for us to keep in our brains as we go into the new year.
