Keep Your Eyes On The Next Faiz [Comic]

This may have just been an excuse to draw Kamen Rider. Faiz was my first Rider so he's got a special place in my heart.

So I've been using Foundation for a lot of prototyping lately and I really love playing around with frameworks. Sure beats coding all that shit up from scratch every time I start a new project. 47 Bronin was built on Foundation. Haven't played around much with Bootstrap yet.

I'm kind of glad I didn't go full tilt into web design as a career path. There's quite a bit to keep up with to ensure that you're at the forefront of the profession. I kinda like to figure out my process and lock it in which works fine for illustration and comics. But for web, you have to be nimble and flexible and sometimes willing to completely overhaul your workflow. I'm too old and stubborn for that shit.

BLACK CAT RUNS RED!!!!!!!!!!!

This Saturday will mark my return to the SUPER ART FIGHT canvas at the Black Cat! I'm super excited! It's been a while since I've uncapped and run wild on a giant piece of paper. I really enjoy performing and coming off of last Friday's gig with Adam Warrock, I'm ready for more!

By the way, stay tuned in June for Warrock's donation drive. He recorded the live show off the sound board and I listened to the tracks today and holy fuck, it sounds pretty damn good!

This video is sort of a subtweet about some art twitter discourse. But I wanted to respond in video form rather than in written form so that you wouldn't misinterpret my words. Also not linking the discourse directly because I don't want to dogpile on the inspiration for my thoughts. But here are three ideas that I wanted to share with artists for us to keep in our brains as we go into the new year.
