Weird Card [Comic]

Long time readers may remember this odd encounter during the Dumpling Days arc.

I kinda really want OLED business cards.  It would be really awesome to have a slideshow of my work or even a feed from the comic.  I don't know how it would be powered or how it would get wifi or how it could ever be affordable to just give away, but that would be super rad.

HAPPY XMAS!!!!

I hope all of you are having an awesome holiday season with family, friends, and lots of yummy things to put in your face.

But more importantly, I hope the Doctor Who Christmas special is everything we've been hoping for!  I'm so sad to see Matt Smith to go, but I'm looking forward to Peter Capaldi's interpretations of the Doctor.  My geek heart will be full of the feels.

Happy holidays everyone!

More animation! Truly, the future of comics is here!

PANEL 1

Killer Queen answers the phone.

KILLER QUEEN

Hey, Julie. What's up?

JULIE (From phone)

Do you remember that weird woman who gave me her weird business card on Dumpling Day?

PANEL 2

Julie looks at the flashing card in her hand.

KILLER QUEEN (On phone)

Vaguely.  Why?

JULIE

Well, it's making a sound and… kinda flashing?  It's easier if you see it. I sent a video clip.

PANEL 3

Killer Queen looks at the video Julie sent.

KILLER QUEEN

Ah, just got it. Let's see here--WHOA! Is that an OLED?

PANEL 4

Julie continues.

JULIE

Can you find out more about this mask symbol? It seems kinda... familiar.

Magma Studio is a fun little web app. If you've got a browser, you've got a drawing app! Mostly. If you're using MacOS Safari, you get no tablet support. If you're using iOS Safari, you do get tablet support but no paste function. Both make me chuckle a bit. But overall, it's fun to play with. Sure, it could use some more functions in there, but I think it's a solid base app to build on. And you have draw with 30 friends at the same time! Big time art jam! Reminds me of the old oekaki days in the 90s.

So check it out. This is not sponsored, but I had fun with it and I think you will, too!
