See how big the souper dumpling is! So I've seen photos of ones that are as big as the ramekins used to steam dim sum, but I wanted to go for something much bigger! I've had smaller soup dumplings, but I really want try one of those bigger ones. Probably not as big as Julie has created. I think that would end me. But I could totally destroy one of those dim sum bowl sized ones!
