THE SYSTEM

My comicker-in-arms hommie Ross Nover has finally launched a kick funder to publish his first book for The System. It's been a long time coming and I've done everything including threatening dick punches to get him to publish the damn thing and it is gorgeous. If you like funny ass comics and good clean design, The System book is an absolute MUST! Give him some love and support awesome comics!

Greg returns the clutch to Annie.

GREG

The clasp is my favorite part. So, how do you know Ally?

ANNIE

Thanks. She and her boys are doing some work for the club.

PANEL 2

Annie blushes as she plays with her hair.

GREG

Cool. Sounds like they're really hustling lately.

ANNIE

Yeah. She's-they're really great.

PANEL 3

Greg strokes his chin.

GREG

Hmm…

Greg gestures.

GREG

Are you and Ally-

Greg and Annie continue their conversation.

GREG

Ah, that is, what kind of work are they doing for you?

ANNIE

Some branding stuff, I s'pose. And costumes for us girls.

Everyone is an artist until some "adult" fucks it up

This video is sort of a subtweet about some art twitter discourse. But I wanted to respond in video form rather than in written form so that you wouldn't misinterpret my words. Also not linking the discourse directly because I don't want to dogpile on the inspiration for my thoughts. But here are three ideas that I wanted to share with artists for us to keep in our brains as we go into the new year.
